 The National Family Planning and Reproductive Health Association (NFPRHA) is a vital membership organization representing the nation's dedicated family planning providers - nurses, nurse practioners, health center directors and other key healthcare providers. NFPRHA serves its members by providing advocacy, education and training for those in the family planning and reproductive healthcare field. In addition to designing and facilitating a team building and strategic planning retreat, Sojourn Communications is helping NFPRHA develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy. - National PACE Association
 The National PACE Association (NPA) represents and works to advance the efforts of the more than 40 Programs of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) across the United States. PACE programs coordinate and provide all needed preventive, primary, acute and long term care services so that older individuals can continue living in the community.  America's HealthTogether (AHT) works to promote access for all Americans to the most appropriate mental healthcare, at the right time, in the right setting, without stigma, embarrassment or shame. AHT brings together clinicians, policy makers, patients, insurers, and other key stakeholders so they may work together toward the conscientious integration of mental health into the primary healthcare system. Sojourn Communications crafted a national media relations strategy for the exhibit's opening, focusing our efforts on increasing awareness of national newspapers, television and cable news networks, magazines, radio, wire services and religious media. - IONA Senior Services

With more than one million members and supporters, NARAL Pro-Choice America is fighting to protect the pro-choice values of freedom and privacy. For NARAL Pro-Choice America, Sojourn Communications engaged our West Coast partner, The Health and Entertainment Group, to manage an outreach program designed to increase awareness of the complex issues of reproductive rights among television scriptwriters and producers. - Last Acts Partnership
 The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation funded Last Acts Partnership, a national education and communications initiative dedicated to end-of-life care. As part of our partnership building strategy for Last Acts Partnership, Sojourn played a critical role in identifying and cultivating relationships with more than 1,200 organizations that shared goals common to the campaign. Additionally, Sojourn produced a weekly electronic newsletter for Last Acts Partnership delivered to more than 7,000 recipients and a monthly print newsletter reaching more than 10,000 subscribers. We also managed the development, marketing and distribution of nearly 20 products designed to educate consumers and providers about good end-of-life care. - Bell Multicultural School
 The Bell Multicultural High School, in Washington, D.C., provides multilingual, academic, career development, and economic support to its student population of 714 immigrants, refugees and inner-city youths. It recognizes the importance of addressing students' social and economic needs, while focusing on individual learning styles to give students marketable skills to succeed in the work force or in post-secondary education. At a critical time in Bell Multicultural's evolution, Sojourn led a board retreat that engaged leaders to re-examine their strategic plan and develop the necessary activities that would get them on a proper path.

 Capital Hospice has provided expert, compassionate, end-of-life care in the Washington DC metropolitan area since 1977. As one of the oldest, largest, and most experienced hospice care programs in the United States, they have served more than 50,000 patients and their loved ones in the community. For Capital Hospice, Sojourn Communications facilitated a series of staff retreats about their 30th anniversary celebration and community focus groups to help find the heart of what matters to those facing hospice services. - Lawyers Helping Lawyers
 Lawyers Helping Lawyers provides confidential, non-disciplinary assistance to members of the legal profession in Virginia who experience professional impairment as a result of substance abuse. Sojourn Communications provided strategic communications direction to Lawyers Helping Lawyers to help them achieve their goal of becoming a non-profit human services organization dedicated to the legal community. - National Council on the Aging
 Founded in 1950, National Council on the Aging (NCOA) is a national network of organizations and individuals dedicated to improving the health and independence of older persons, increasing their continuing contributions to communities, society and future generations, and building caring communities.  Promoting Excellence in End-of-Life Care, a national program of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, provided $15 million in grants and technical support to innovative programs to change the face of dying in America. Sojourn worked with Promoting Excellence to produce a Capitol Hill briefing highlighting the state of end-of-life care. - The Fetzer Institute
 The Fetzer Institute is a nonprofit, private operating foundation with an interest in exploring the relationship between the inner world of mind and spirit and the outer world of action and service. To further the message of Fetzer's Journeys of the Heart and the Fetzer-funded programs featured in the film, Sojourn Communications explored the possible communication/promotional uses for the entire film and segments of the film. - National Alliance for Caregiving

 The Partnership, led by Johns Hopkins University and The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, works to improve the care and quality of life for the more than 125 million Americans with chronic health conditions. To offer new insights in creating better lives for people with chronic conditions, Sojourn Communications worked with Partnership for Solutions to create a Capitol Hill conference for policymakers, healthcare leaders, and researchers. - American Medical Student Association
 With a half-century history of medical student activism, the American Medical Student Association (AMSA) is the oldest and largest independent association of physicians-in-training in the United States.
